TOOLBUS: CA Gen Importer for Rational Software Modeler

 The TOOLBUS: CA Gen Importer for Rational Software Modeler enables the import of Data Models and Activity Hierarchies from CA Gen (formerly available as COOL:Gen, Advantage Gen, AllFusion Gen) into UML Class Diagrams and UML Use Case Diagrams in IBM Rational Software Modeler (RSM), Software Architect (RSA) and Systems Developer (RSD).
Entities, Partitionings, Relationships and Attributes from CA Gen are migrated to UML Classes, Generalizations, Associations and Attributes in RSA with their properties and textual documentation, and the layout of the CA Gen Data Models is maintained in the UML Class Diagrams in RSM/RSA/RSD.
Functions and Processes are imported from the CA Gen Toolset into RSM, RSA and RSD with their descriptions. The Activity Hierarchy is mapped to a Use Case hierarchy.

The evaluation versions are restricted to the import of a maximum of 30 Entities or Activities from CA Gen into RSM/RSA/RSD.
