Software Modeler The TOOLBUS: ER/Studio
DM1 File Exporter for Rational Software Modeler enables the export
of UML Class
Diagrams from the IBM Rational Software Modeler
(RSM), Rational Software Architect (RSA) and Rational Systems Developer (RSD) to
an ER/Studio model file (.dm1 file), where the UML Class Diagrams have been
converted to Logical Data Models.
UML Classes, Associations and Attributes from RSM/RSA/RSD are converted to
Entities, Relationships and Attributes for ER/Studio with their properties and
documentation.
The layout of the UML Class Diagrams from RSM, RSA and RSD is maintained for the
Data Models in ER/Studio.
